At Votive Leadership we do not believe in 'off the shelf' solutions. All companies are different, facing different challenges and when considering leadership, context is everything; why should we believe we have the answer before we even know the problem?

As a consequence we tend to create bespoke programmes tailored to meet your own particular needs.

Using the most modern accelerated learning techniques, multi sensory strategies and a combination of experiential learning with discussion / case study based exploration we are able to generate real changes in delegates behaviour. We constantly try to achieve Kirkpatrick Level 4 in all our programmes and tend to work in partnership with our clients to achieve this.

Programme lengths can range from one day to twelve months, dependant upon the client need.
